Shipping

If you place your order for any Products through our website before 12:00 PM CET, that your payment is confirmed, and that the Product you ordered is in stock, Another should ship your Order within 3 business days. If an Order is successfully placed and accepted by Another, Another will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking code.

Another offers free worldwide shipping. Typically, you will receive your Products within 5-7 business days of placing your Order. You may receive e-mail communications from our shipping partners related to details about the fulfillment of your Order. If you have additional questions about the shipment and delivery of your Order, please contact us at contact@another.design.

Please also note that Another:

• Will not ship Products on weekends or public holidays, and does not deliver on public holidays
• Is unable to deliver Products to PO Boxes, freight forwarders, or Armed Services
• Has full discretion to review your Order, and if your Order is subject to review due to a suspicion of fraud, illegality or non-compliance with these Terms, Another reserves the right to delay and/or cancel your Order.
• For orders outside of France - the buyer is responsible for customs and duties.

Please note that in the case of a pre-order, Another cannot announce or guarantee any shipping or delivery times.
